For you to receive a yield [harvest], you must first yield [surrender].
Roll your works upon the Lord [commit and trust them wholly to Him; He will cause your thoughts to become
agreeable to His will, and] so shall your plans be established and succeed. (Proverbs 16:3)
Flattery and slander use the same “ink,” just different “pens.”
He who goes about as a talebearer reveals secrets; Therefore do not associate with one who flatters with his lips
(Proverbs 20:19)
Be a thermostat not a thermometer; change the climate rather than being changed by it.
And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may
prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God. (Romans 12:2)
Today’s obedience determines tomorrow’s blessing.
Behold, I set before you this day a blessing and a curse; A blessing, if ye obey the commandments of the LORD
your God, which I command you this day: (Deuteronomy 11:26-27)
You may not know when, where, why, what or how, but as long as you know WHO, you have the Answer.
For this reason I also suffer these things; nevertheless I am not ashamed, for I know whom I have believed and am
persuaded that He is able to keep what I have committed to Him until that Day.
