The only sure way to never upset anyone is to be absolutely of no effect to anyone.

Innuendo is a deceptive weapon that misfires often, and many times wounds the innocent.
By covetousness they will exploit you with deceptive words; for a long time their judgment has not been idle, and
their destruction does not slumber. (2 Peter 2:3)
